This network is activated when one of  inQuve´s clients is interested in making continuous purchases in the Indian market or who need, due to product characteristics, to establish production quality control.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE AMONG SERVICES PROVIDED BY inQuve:

• Management of Supplier Localization: Search and selection of adequate suppliers who can provide the kind of garment that will be worked on for production purposes. A panel of selected suppliers shall provide textile fabrics that will be worked on and, later, depending on client approval, an agreement is reached between the supplier and client.

• Localization and approval of textil fabric. Our team in India selects a series of textiles that will be presented to the client who will then make further determinations and choices. Once the selection has been approved the chosen fabrics will be produced and elaborated as instructed by the client.

• Sample Distribution: Based on the material received from our clients we offer samples where clients can make their comment and observations.  The fabrics, confection and other details are revised closely. From that moment on, our clients gives their instructions to how the elaboration of the clothing should proceed. As the process advances, firstly, samples of the fabric will be sent  followed by clothing samples so our clients may give either their approval or turn down the clothing samples they have received.

• Reception of Technical Files:Our clients send technical files on the elaboration of clothing, in references to sizes, colors as well as further specifications shall be made.

• Quotation of Textile Pieces:Estimates of clothing provided by our clients and presentation of a first offer based on the requested candidates. Once the order has been placed, prices may be renegotiated with the supplier as well as shipping and payment conditions.

• Manufacturer Control: Regular visits to the manufacturer are made to follow the evolution of clothing elaboration and negotiate production directly with the supplier, handling situations on location, whenever necessary. This way, we have full control over the production which gives us the best results and our clients satisfaction, guaranteeing the best quality, cost and delivery without delays.

• Communication with the Client: We work together with our clients and manufacturers in order to achieve the best results. Our communication with clients is fluid due to our detailed follow up of all channels of communication involved in the textile production process in India, and with our client. In India, we are the instrument that gives the buyer the necessary support given that we are always informed about the advances of their production and how their clothing is developing. We can assure our clients that their clothing is being constantly reviewed and controlled by inQuve.

• Price Negotiation:We hold regular negotiation meetings with manufacturers and suppliers so we can offer the most competitive cost to our clients.
