We believe it is essential to get involved as a team, therefore, we bet on "Teaming" "Teaming" is not an NGO nor a company. It is simply an idea with the intention of helping the neediest. All staff members decides to which social organization they wish to forward the full amount donated. There are many ways to follow up the results of the donations made to NGO´s and social organizations. The intention of "Teaming" is to convert what is a small amount on a personal level into a relevant amount once all the donations are put together. It is a rewarding experience for every member of the team. Enthusiasm, will and commitment is all that is needed to implement "Teaming" in a company. For that reason, it is important that this initiative gains maximum exposure and reaches as many people as possible in order to carry out its social mission. www.teaming.info In addition to that, inQuve works closely with local NGO´s that develop projects integrating Indian women in to labor markets as well as education for children. We believe that both are vital for the social development of India. A country with an emerging economy, however, with no equality of opportunities has no bright future in the long run. |
